Our Troupes compete against other dance groups in eisteddfods and competitions and also represent the Studio at performances that arise throughout the year.
Troupe dancers need to partake in the grade work classes of that style of dance. It is compulsory for our Classical Ballet and Lyrical Troupe dancers to partake in 2 Ballet classes per week, and our Jazz and Contemporary Troupe dancers must partake in at least 1 Ballet class per week. All Troupe students must participate in at least 1 Body Conditioning class per week.
New students may audition for Troupes, or participate in Open classes with the chance of being asked to join Troupes. At the end of every year, Troupes will be re-assessed and new members may gain entry.
In 2012, we also started our own eisteddfod; SYDNEY STARS ON SHOW.
In 2013, our TROUPES are invited to Dance in Europe!
