These classes are taught by World Champion acrobatic tumbler Miss Liz Srbinovski. These classes are training classes, not performing classes, and will train each student to increase their strength, flexibility, balance and acrobatic skills. Acrobatically talented students in these classes will be invited to form the Acrobatics Troupe.
All Troupe students must participate in at least 1 Body Conditioning class per week. Non-Troupe students will only be able to enrol into the Body Conditioning classes if there are places available.
